What our AI assistant does
Finevo's Mortgage Intelligence assistant is a conversational tool that helps you understand mortgage concepts, estimate payments, and get general information about products and rates. It's designed to make it easier to explore your options before speaking with a licensed advisor.
What it doesn't do
The assistant does not provide individualized financial or legal advice, does not have access to your private account information, and cannot approve, decline, or submit a mortgage application. It does not replace a licensed mortgage professional.
A human is always part of the process
Every mortgage recommendation, rate quote, and application submitted through Finevo is reviewed by a licensed mortgage agent or broker before it is finalized. AI-assisted tools support our advisors — they do not make lending decisions on their own.
How your information is used
Conversations with the assistant may be reviewed to improve accuracy and service quality. Personal or financial details you share are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and are not used to train third-party AI models without appropriate safeguards.
