Finevo Lending Group Ltd. (“Finevo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a licensed mortgage brokerage operating across Canada, powered by Dominion Lending Centres. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of finevo.ca and any related online forms, tools, calculators, and services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. No Financial or Professional Advice

The content on our Services is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, mortgage, legal, tax, or other professional advice. Rates, products, calculators, and figures shown are estimates, may change without notice, and are subject to lender approval, qualification, and applicable terms and conditions.

You should obtain personalized advice from a licensed Finevo mortgage professional before making any borrowing or financial decision. Nothing on the Services creates a client, advisory, or fiduciary relationship until expressly agreed in writing.

3. Eligibility

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Alberta for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services.
